To a small bowl, add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Whisk well and add to a large gallon-sized plastic bag or a large bowl. Add the pork chops and let marinate in your refrigerator for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick spray. To the sheet pan, add the broccoli, potatoes, a dash of salt and pepper, and the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir to coat the vegetables in the oil and seasonings.
Place the marinated pork chops on the sheet pan around the vegetables, then drizzle the remaining marinade over the top of the pork chops and the vegetables. Bake for 18 minutes then turn the broiler on and broil for an additional 3 minutes. Enjoy!
