2TbspWorcestershire sauce

Instructions
To a small bowl, add in the minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried rosemary, and olive oil. Stir well.
Place the onion on one side of the slow cooker. Place the pork over the top.
Put a piece of aluminum foil and place it in the slow cooker next to the pork and form it into a bowl. Add the potatoes into the foil bowl, then put the butter over them top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pork and cover with lid.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the pork is cooked through.
