Ingredients

chuck roast

onion
thickly sliced

beef broth

packet brown gravy mix

packet ranch dressing mix

packet Italian dressing mix

baby carrots
cut in half

medium russet potatoes
peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
Add beef to slow cooker:
Place half of the sliced onion on the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the roast on top and add the rest of the onions on the roast.
Season beef:
Add in the gravy mix, ranch mix, Italian mix, beef broth, and vegetables.
Cook roast:
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
After cooking time is up enjoy!
