3 lb chuck roast
1 onion, thickly sliced
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup water
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet Italian dressing mix
4 cups baby carrots, cut in half
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
3 cups of celery, sliced
- Place half of the sliced onion on the bottom of the slow cooker, place the roast on top then add the rest of the onions on the roast. Add in the gravy mix, ranch mix, Italian mix, beef broth, and water cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- After the cooking time is over add in the rest of the vegetables and cook on HIGH for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender.
