Potato Turkey Bacon Casserole combines tender potatoes, lean turkey, and crispy bacon in a creamy, cheesy bake that’s hearty enough for a family dinner.
To a large skillet over medium heat add the oil once it’s hot add in the onion, turkey, and half the amount of all of the seasonings break the turkey up and cook it through.
To a large bowl all the shredded potatoes, sour cream, cooked turkey mixture, bacon bits, and the remaining seasonings. Stir well. Place into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
