Cut into bite size pieces

Cut into bite sized pieces

Chicken Marinade

melted butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine the chicken marinade in a small bowl
Place the potatoes, carrots, and chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
Pour the marinade all over the chicken and vegetable rub it in.
Bake for 20 minutes
After the 20 minutes flip the chicken and vegetables. Place back in the oven for 25-30 more minutes
