5-7 Chicken Legs
1 lb baby potatoes (Cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 lb carrots (Cut into bite sized pieces)
1/3 cup chicken broth
- Chicken Marinade
1/3 cup melted butter
3 tbs ranch seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Combine the chicken marinade in a small bowl
- Place the potatoes, carrots, and chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
- Pour the marinade all over the chicken and vegetable rub it in.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- After the 20 minutes flip the chicken and vegetables. Place back in the oven for 25-30 more minutes
- Enjoy
