Ingredients

cooked shredded chicken

Rotel (drained)

corn tortillas

red or green enchilada sauce

cheddar cheese

monterey jack cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Mix chicken and Rotel.
Coat bottom of 8×8 dish with sauce.
Layer tortillas, chicken, cheese, and sauce; repeat 3 times.
Bake covered 30 minutes, then uncovered 25 minutes.
