1Smithfield Roasted Garlic and Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
1lbred potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
1lbtrimmed green beans
2tbsolive oil
1tbsminced garlic
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
½tsponion powder
½tspgarlic powder
½tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the tenderloin in the middle of the sheet pan.
Place the bite sized red potatoes and the trimmed green beans on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and season with all of the seasonings rub the oil and seasonings all over the veggies.
Place in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until cooked.
