Instructions
Create lemon mixture:
In a medium bowl mix the broth and lemon juice together. To your slow cooker add the chicken and pour the broth mixture over it.
Season chicken:
Now sprinkle all of the seasonings on the chicken, then add the minced garlic and butter slices.
Slow cook chicken:
Cook the skinless thighs on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours in the lemon garlic butter sauce.
After cooking, pair the juicy chicken thighs with your favorite sides! I like to pair my chicken with couscous or a crusty bread!
