2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbs lemon juice
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup butter – sliced
- In a bowl mix the broth and lemon juice together. To your slow cooker add the chicken and pour the broth mixture over it. Now sprinkle all of the seasonings on the chicken then add the minced garlic and butter slices.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- After cooked pair the chicken with your favorite sides! I like to pair my chicken with couscous!
