Ingredients

chicken breast

cup
asian sesame with ginger and soy dressing and marinade
I use the Ken's Steakhouses Brand
⅓
cup
apricot preserves
1
oz
packet Lipton onion soup mix
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
To a medium sized bowl add the sesame dressing, apricot preserves, and onion soup mix. Whisk these ingredients to combine.
Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks (This is optional but I like doing it)
Place chicken into slow cooker pour the sauce over the top.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked.
We like to eat over a bed of white rice with sesame seeds sprinkled over the top and green onions. Enjoy!
