Ingredients

chicken breast
cubed

Greek salad dressing

cherry tomatoes
sliced in half

red onion
sliced

artichoke hearts
chopped

baby red potatoes
cut into small pieces

feta cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
To a large bowl add in all of the ingredients except for the feta cheese. Stir well and place onto the sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and enjoy
