Sheet Pan Sweet Italian Sausage & Veggies
Easy Sheet Pan Italian Sausage and Veggies is the best dinner recipe that only needs a handful of ingredients and even less prep work!

Ingredients
- 1 red onion sliced
- 3 large carrots sliced
- 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs zesty Italian dry seasoning mix
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage links or any Italian sausage links
Instructions
Preheat oven:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Prep veggies:
- Place the prepared vegetables in a large medium sized bowl add in olive oil and zesty Italian mix. Stir well to coat the vegetables and oil.
Baked sausage and veggies:
- Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spread the vegetables out on the sheet pan. Scatter the sausage links around the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the sausage is cooked. Enjoy!
