Ingredients

–3 large chicken breasts

jar Alfredo sauce
½
cup
sun-dried tomatoes
with the oil

cups
fresh chopped spinach
⅓
cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add chicken breasts, Alfredo sauce, and sun-dried tomatoes with oil to the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken, chop or shred, and return it to the slow cooker.
Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese.
Cook for 10 more minutes until spinach is wilted.
Notes
Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts.
Spinach should be added at the end to prevent overcooking.
Serve over pasta or rice to stretch the sauce.
