1cupsun-dried tomatoes(optional: you don’t need to add the sun-dried tomatoes if you don’t care for them)
1cupchicken broth
1cupuncooked orzo
1cupheavy cream
1 ½cupsfresh spinachchopped
⅓cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
To a medium sized slow cooker add in the chicken, seasoning, minced garlic, onion, and chicken broth stir well. Cover with a lid.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked add in the orzo, heavy cream, and spinach stir well cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes or until the orzo is tender.
