1-2lbsbottom round thin beef (or any sirloin style beef)
1-1ozpacket Au Jus gravy powder mix
1 ½cupswater
8hoagie rolls
8slicesprovolone cheese (or any cheese)
Instructions
To a small bowl, add in the water and gravy powder mix whisk well. Add the meat into a slow cooker then pour the water gravy mixture over the top cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the meat is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked turn the oven on broil or 450 degrees. Place the hoagie rolls on a sheet pan. Using a slotted spoon, trying not to get a lot of the juice from the slow cooker, place the meat into the hoagie rolls, top with slices of cheese then bake for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve the sandwich with a side of the juice left in the slow cooker enjoy!
