This slow cooker honey chicken is sweet, savory, and incredibly tender—perfect for serving over rice or tucked into lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

low sodium soy sauce
⅓

honey

minced ginger

chicken breasts
Instructions
To a small bowl add in all of the ingredients except for the chicken, whisk well.
Add the chicken in to a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours or until the chicken has cooked though.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker then cook on LOW for 20 more minutes. Enjoy.
