
Slow Cooker Honey Chicken
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
Instructions
- To a small bowl add in all of the ingredients except for the chicken, whisk well.
- Add the chicken in to a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours or until the chicken has cooked though.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker then cook on LOW for 20 more minutes. Enjoy.
