Slow Cooker Honey Chicken

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 chicken breasts
Directions
- To a small bowl add in all of the ingredients except for the chicken, whisk well.
- Add the chicken in to a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours or until the chicken has cooked though
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker then cook on LOW for 20 more minutes. Enjoy
