This slow cooker pineapple shredded pork is sweet, tangy, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It’s perfect for tacos, sandwiches, or serving over rice for a tropical-inspired dinner.
Trim excess fat off of pork and season on both sides with salt and pepper
Place pork in the slow cooker next add in the garlic, soy sauce, pineapple chunks, and sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
Cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Place shredded pork back in slow cooker to absorb the juices in the pot for 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice or with dinner rolls. Enjoy!
