Ingredients

Cornstarch Slurry

cornstarch

Instructions
In the slow cooker, pour in all the ingredients (minus the cornstarch slurry mixture) and set to high for 3 - 4 hours or on low 5 -6 hours.
Make the cornstarch slurry by mixing the Cornstarch Slurry together.
40 minutes before the beef tips are cooked remove the bay leaf and stir the cornstarch slurry in.
Cook on HIGH for 30-40 minutes or until the beef tips are cooked and the gravy thickens.
Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy.
