Slow Cooker Stew Meat with Gravy

1 lbs stew meat
1 sliced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp thyme
4 sliced pepperonci peppers
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 cups beef broth
1 bay leaf
- Cornstarch Slurry
2 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs cold water
Directions
- In the slow cooker, pour in all the ingredients (minus the cornstarch slurry mixture) and set to high for 3 – 4 hours or on low 5 -6 hours.
- Make the cornstarch slurry by mixing the “Cornstarch Slurry” together
- 40 minutes before the beef tips are cooked remove the bay leaf and stir the cornstarch slurry in
- Cook on HIGH for 30-40 minutes or until the beef tips are cooked and the gravy thickens
- Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy
