Ingredients

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook sausage and onion; drain grease.
Add to slow cooker with potatoes, garlic, seasoning, broth.
Cook on LOW 5–6 hr or HIGH 3–4 hr.
Stir in kale and cream; cook 20–30 min more.
Top with Parmesan and serve.
Notes
Freeze without cream for best texture.
Substitute spinach or half-and-half as needed.
Ground turkey makes a lighter option.
