To a large bowl, add in the cooked shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Stir well.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray add the chicken casserole mixture in and spread it out.
To a bowl add in the jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, egg, and creamed style corn stir well. Spread this mixture over the chicken casserole in the baking dish bake for 30 minutes.
