Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray.
Place the biscuits onto the sheet pan and flatten them out so they are a little bit thinner. You can do this by pinching them and pulling them or using a rolling pin. Place a small amount of the ham and cheese in the center of each of the biscuits and pinch the sides of the biscuits to form a ball. Place seam side down on the sheet pan.
Combine the water and seasonings in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the top of the biscuits. Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
