Taco Bubble Bake

Ingredients

lb
ground beef
2
tbs
taco seasoning
1
cup
water
8
oz
tomato sauce
1
can
black beans
drained and rinsed
4
oz
can green chilis
or jalapeños
1
can
corn
drained
1
package
biscuits
each cut into 8 peices
2
cups
colby jack cheese
or any you prefer
Optional toppings: lettuce
tomatoes, guacamole, lime and sour cream
Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet, then add in the taco seasoning and water stir to combine
Add in the tomato sauce and bring to simmer
Add in beans, green chilis and corn. Stir well and remove from heat.
Cut each biscuit into about 6 - 8 pieces
In a 9x13 baking dish, spray non stick spray, add in the biscuit pieces and ground beef and mix well, top with cheese.
Bake at 375℉ for about 25 - 35 minutes or until biscuits are bubbled up and golden brown.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, lime and sour cream
