    Hi Julia,
I enjoy watching your videos. I wanted to tell you that we are vegetarians and I decided to make this dish with a pound of ground “Beyond Beef”, which they sell in my supermarket. I used it in exactly the same way and the casserole was very tasty! Thank you!

I’m wondering how this would cook in an Insta-Pot… Actually, Ninja Foodi, which is what I have. Think I am going to try it on air fry mode for the biscuits? I don’t know… going to experiment b/c the heat index is 107 and I am not turning on my oven!
