In a pan, cook beef and onion together completely through. Remove excess grease. Add in woceshetshire, thyme, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, add in can of soup ad milk and whisk together.
In a greased baking dish, pour beef and onion in, and put a covering layer of frozen tater tots over it. Pour soup mix over top of everything and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until the tater tots are golden.
