Vegetable Pot Pie
Vegetable pot pie is a comforting bake with flaky crust, creamy sauce, and a medley of tender veggies in every bite.

Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 8 oz white mushrooms sliced
- ½ yellow onion diced
- 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 9 inch ready to bake pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- To a saute pan over medium heat add the oil once hot add in the sliced mushrooms saute for 2-3 minutes now add in the diced onion continue to saute fo r5-7 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add in the bag of frozen vegetables and saute for 3 more minutes. Now stir in the cream of soup and seasonings.
- Grease a pie dish with non-stick spray place the pot pie filling into the pie pan spread it out. Place the pie crust over the top slice 3 1u0022 slits onto the top of the center of the pot pie. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
