To a saute pan over medium heat add the oil once hot add in the sliced mushrooms saute for 2-3 minutes now add in the diced onion continue to saute fo r5-7 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add in the bag of frozen vegetables and saute for 3 more minutes. Now stir in the cream of soup and seasonings.
Grease a pie dish with non-stick spray place the pot pie filling into the pie pan spread it out. Place the pie crust over the top slice 3 1u0022 slits onto the top of the center of the pot pie. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
