golden or red potatoes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil
Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and stir to coat the sausage and vegetables in the oil and seasonings.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and sausage is golden. Enjoy.
