Cheesy Bacon Pasta

This cheesy bacon pasta is rich, creamy, and loaded with crispy bacon—fast, filling, and totally satisfying.

Ingredients 

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 20 oz box penne pasta
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 24 oz pasta sauce

Instructions 

  • To a large pot of boiling water, add in the pasta and cook the pasta according to the package instructions drain and set to the side.
  • To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the bacon and cook it through remove the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Once the bacon has cooled down crumble it into pieces.
  • To the same pan, the bacon was cooked in add in the pasta sauce, cooked pasta, cheese, and crumbled bacon stir well and serve.
