Ingredients for Buster Bar Ice Cream Cake:
- Cookies: I love this recipe best with using crushed up Oreo Cookies
- Melted butter: Use unsalted melted butter to make the cake crust
- Ice cream: To get the traditional flavors of the Buster bar I like to keep it simple by using softened creamy vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate: All you will need is simple semi-sweet chocolate chips to make the chocolate fudge sauce
- Butter: This butter will go in with the chocolate chips and will melt WITH the chocolate to make the chocolate coating
- Sugar: For the best results use powered sugar to get a similar effect to the chocolate magic shell topping or hot fudge sauce
- Milk: Evaporated Milk will help add to the creaminess of the topping for this ice cream bar dessert
- Peanut: Dry Roasted Peanuts will give the best flavor to add a little saltiness to this sweet Buster bar cake
