
Chicken Burritos
Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbs taco seasoning
- 8.5 oz precooked Spanish style rice
- 2 tbs water
- 5 Medium tortillas
Optional Toppings:
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Refried beans
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- To a large skillet over medium heat add in the oil. Once hot add the cubed chicken breast and taco seasoning stir and cook the chicken through. Add in the precooked Spanish rice and water stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken rice mixture and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
