Chili Mashed Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 8 oz dry bag mashed potatoes
- 2 1/4-3 cups water
- 2 – 14 oz cans chicken chili
- ½ cup pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- To a medium sized bowl, add in the mashed potatoes and water (add the water in slowly until it becomes spreadable) stir well.
- Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add the cans of chili in and spread them out. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top then sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
