Crispy Baked Chicken Tenderloins

These crispy baked chicken tenderloins are juicy on the inside, golden on the outside, and perfect for dipping or meal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 ½ cups Italian style panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Add the Panko breadcrumbs into a small bowl. Into a second bowl crack the eggs and add the seasonings in whisk the eggs well.
  • Dip each chicken tenderloin into the eggs then coat well in the panko breadcrumbs then place onto the sheet pan repeat for all of the chicken. Bake for 10 minutes then remove the sheet pan from the oven and flip the chicken over and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
