Mexican Crescent Casserole

Mexican Crescent Casserole combines taco-seasoned meat and cheese wrapped in buttery crescent dough for a crowd-pleasing bake.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa, any type of salsa will work
  • 8 oz can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat break beef up and cook through. Remove any excess grease in the pan. Stir in the salsa.
  • Spray a 11x7in (or similar size) baking dish with non-stick spray
  • Press the crescent dough on the bottom of the baking dish and pinch in the seems. Spread the ground beef mixture out onto the crescent dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 24-28 minutes or until the crescent is cooked through. Enjoy with your favorite taco toppings!
