
Orange Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ cup orange sauce
- 6 oz frozen broccoli florets
- Cooked white rice for serving
Instructions
- To a large pan over medium heat on the stove add the oil once hot add in the chicken and season with all of the seasonings cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Turn heat to low add in the orange sauce and broccoli stir and simmer covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice and enjoy.

Delicious!! I have to say it was a bit spicy for my husband and children, so I’ll need to cut back on the pepper, but I thought it was great!
