Orange Chicken

Orange chicken is tender chicken tossed in a sweet and tangy homemade orange sauce—an easy, lighter twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ cup orange sauce
  • 6 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • Cooked white rice for serving

Instructions 

  • To a large pan over medium heat on the stove add the oil once hot add in the chicken and season with all of the seasonings cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Turn heat to low add in the orange sauce and broccoli stir and simmer covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice and enjoy.
