Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Parmesan crusted chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with cheesy garlic flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 ½ lbs baby golden potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • To a small bowl add the cream of chicken soup, parmesan cheese, oregano, and pepper whisk to combine the ingredients.
  • Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make them thinner and set them to the side.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. On one side of the sheet pan add the diced potatoes and on the other side add the broccoli spray the potatoes and broccoli with oil spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • To the center of the sheet pan add the chicken breasts spray the tops with oil spray and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top of the chicken spread the creamy sauce mixture. Sprinkle everything with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through. Enjoy!
