Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan

Slow cooker chicken Parmesan is crispy, saucy, and cheesy—an effortless Italian favorite.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles

Toppings for the end:

  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • To a slow cooker add the chicken breasts in and season them with the seasonings sprinkle on the parmesan cheese pour the marinara sauce over the top. Place the lid on and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours OR HIGH for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked.
  • Once the slow cooker time is almost up bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove then add in the pasta cook according to the package instructions.
  • Serve the chicken and marinara sauce over the cooked spaghetti sprinkle plenty of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
