Stir Fry Sausage Potato Skillet

This stir fry sausage potato skillet is a quick, savory one-pan meal that’s loaded with flavor and ready in no time.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 14 oz bag frozen French fries, cut into smaller pieces
  • 7 oz smoked sausage, cut into smaller chunks
  • 12 oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions 

  • To a large pan on the stove over medium heat add the oil once hot add in the stir fry vegetables and cook for three minutes now stir in the french fries, sausage and seasonings.
  • Let cook for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sausage has browned and everything is cooked through.
