White Chocolate Dipped Cookies

These white chocolate dipped cookies are festive, sweet, and perfect for holiday trays, gifts, or anytime cookie cravings.

Ingredients 

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 3 large candy canes, crushed

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a large bowl add in the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and eggs, beat well. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Scoop the dough out into golf balls and place onto the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool down completely.
  • Place the white chocolate melting waters into a bowl and microwave according to the package instructions. Dip half of each cookie in the white chocolate then place back on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the top with the crushed candy canes and let the chocolate harden.
