Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 5 oz cream cheese

Directions

  • To a large pan on the stove add in the olive oil once hot add in the chicken and broccoli stir well and cook for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Stir in the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning let cook together for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the spinach, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Let cook for 2 more minutes to wilt the spinach and melt the cheese.
