Chicken and Broccoli Macaroni Cheesy Casserole

Chicken and broccoli macaroni cheesy casserole is a creamy, comforting bake filled with pasta, tender chicken, and veggies.

Ingredients 

  • 1 – 7.25 oz box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 tbs minced garlic
  • 12 oz frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1.5 cups cups crushed ritz crackers , (or any crackers)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare the box of macaroni and cheese according to the box instructions. To a large bowl add in the prepared macaroni and cheese, minced garlic, broccoli, chicken, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese, and seasonings stir well. Grease 9x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the casserole mixture into the baking dish and spread out sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • To a small bowl add in the crushed ritz crackers and melted butter stir well. Sprinkle the crackers over the top of the casserole and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!

    Love these recipe ideas! But just wanted to let you know, I think you have the photos mixed up between this recipe and your Southwest Mexican Macaroni and Cheese Casserole. The photos on this recipe seem to be for the Mexican casserole and the photos on the Mexican casserole are for this Chicken and Broccoli casserole.
