Alison’s Slow cooker Coca-Cola Pork Chops

These slow cooker Coca-Cola pork chops are sweet, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup coca-cola
  • 7-10 boneless pork chops

Instructions 

  • To a medium sized bowl add the ketchup, brown sugar, and coca-cola whisk to combine the ingredients.
  • Add the pork chops into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the pork chops. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the pork chops are cooked and tender.
