Baked Chicken Ranch Flautas

Baked Flautas make a perfect grab-and-go meal for those busy weeknights. These have a creamy ranch chicken filling that is so delicious.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ¾ cup monetary jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 7-9 medium flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • To a medium-sized bowl, add the chicken, cream cheese, green onions, cheese, and ranch seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Place 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, then roll it up tightly and place seam side down on the sheet pan. Bake for 22 minutes, or until the tops are golden, and serve with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, or salsa. Enjoy!

    Your photo really drew me into this recipe. I’ll make it without the cream cheese and add saute veggies. I’ve watched a few if your youtube recipes they are very down to earth but thus gal needs her veg.
