Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken 

Crispy, oven-baked, and packed with flavor, this baked garlic parmesan chicken is an easy weeknight staple.

Ingredients 

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally to make thinner
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Paprika

Parmesan Mixture:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Add the Parmesan mixture together in a small bowl and stir well.
  • Season the chicken on both sides with the seasonings and pour the lemon juice on top. Spray a baking dish with non stick spray.
  • Add the seasoned chicken into the baking dish side by side. Spread the Parmesan mixture over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

    Saw it yesterday on YouTube and decided to make it today. It turned out very good. That squeeze of lemon makes the whole dish to pop. It was a bit too much seasoning for the chicken in my case but I am saving the rest for the next time, no complains here.
