Slow Cooker Barbecue Ranch Pork Chops

Gone are the days of dry, flavorless pork chops. These pork chops are incredibly juicy and flavorful and are coated in ranch-seasoned barbecue sauce.

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless pork chops
  • 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing mix

Instructions 

  • Place pork chops in the bottom of a greased slow cooker and pour the broth over top. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours. Drain juices from the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning and barbecue sauce. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the pork chops. Cook on LOW for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
