Breakfast Power Cookies

Breakfast Power Cookies are full of nutritious ingredients and scooped and baked like cookies for a fun-to-eat breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 bananas

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  • To a large bowl add all of the ingredients and beat well. Scoop into 3 tablespoon-sized scoops and place on the sheet pan. Repeat until all of the cookie dough is gone. Bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy!

    I just made these this morning. Mmm. I added some coconut, some dried banana chips & some white chocolate chips. I made mine smaller & I dropped the oven temp. to 325. I also pressed them down prior to baking. Yummy!!!
