Breakfast Power Cookies are full of nutritious ingredients and scooped and baked like cookies for a fun-to-eat breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 3 bananas

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  • To a large bowl add all of the ingredients and beat well. Scoop into 3 tablespoon-sized scoops and place on the sheet pan. Repeat until all of the cookie dough is gone. Bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. I just made these this morning. Mmm. I added some coconut, some dried banana chips & some white chocolate chips. I made mine smaller & I dropped the oven temp. to 325. I also pressed them down prior to baking. Yummy!!!

  2. It’s too hot for the oven today, so I’m hoping these could be baked in the air fryer. What do you think? I appreciate your videos. I have gotten so many ideas & new recipes from them.
