Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Bake

Creamy, cheesy, and veggie-packed—this broccoli bake is a comforting side (or even a main!).

Ingredients 

  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup colby jack or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups French's original crispy fried onions
  • 24 oz frozen broccoli florets

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325℉.
  • In a sauce pan, add in can of soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup colby jack cheese and french onions. Mix together over med heat until well combined. Optional, add cooked meat at this point.
  • Pour in frozen broccoli, stir well and remove from heat.
  • Add to greased 2 QT baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Pull out of oven, add additional french onions and 3/4 cup colby jack cheese and bake additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
